Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Maranello Tour and its partners.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Experience Providers
Certain experiences are operated by third-party providers such as museums, automotive experiences, wineries, restaurants, and hospitality partners.
Maranello Tour acts as organizer and reseller of selected experiences.
Schedule Changes
Maranello Tour reserves the right to modify schedules, routes, providers, or timings when necessary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or force majeure.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
• Provide accurate information
• Arrive on time
• Meet any age, license, or participation requirements
Test Drive Requirements
Participation in driving experiences is subject to the requirements imposed by the service provider.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Liability
Maranello Tour shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather conditions, traffic restrictions, supplier cancellations, strikes, or force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
