Between 7 days and 72 hours before the scheduled experience:
- No refund.
- Credit voucher valid for 12 months.
Less than 72 hours before the scheduled experience:
- No refund.
- No credit voucher.
No-show:
- No refund.
- No credit voucher.
Force Majeure
In case of weather conditions, supplier cancellation, or events beyond our control, Maranello Tour may offer:
- Alternative date
- Alternative experience
- Credit voucher
